Let’s build fundraising systems that actually work for your organization

If your organization is juggling grants, individual giving, and limited capacity—and you’re feeling the pressure to bring in more revenue without burning out your team—you’re in the right place.

At Coastal Nonprofit Consulting, we partner with mission-driven organizations to build clear, sustainable fundraising systems that support real growth. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies or handing over a plan and walking away. Our work is collaborative, practical, and grounded in what your team can realistically execute.

Who we work with

We typically partner with organizations that:

  • Are mission-driven nonprofits, often in arts, culture, youth development, and STEM education sectors

  • Have an annual operating budget roughly between $1M and $10M

  • Are ready to move from reactive fundraising to intentional, strategic growth

  • Want systems that support staff transitions, leadership changes, and long-term sustainability

If you’re unsure whether your organization is the right fit, that’s okay—this form is still the best place to start.

How we support organizations

Our work generally falls into two core areas:

Institutional Funding (Grant Services)

We help organizations secure and manage grant funding through strategy, prospect research, writing, reporting, and grant management—always paired with systems that make the work easier over time.

Individual Giving

We help organizations strengthen annual fund and major gift fundraising by installing the strategy, structure, and operational clarity needed to grow donor relationships and increase giving in a sustainable way.

Across both areas, philanthropy operations and systems are built into how we work—from CRM workflows and reporting to stewardship processes and forecasting—so your fundraising doesn’t rely on institutional memory or heroic effort.

What happens next

When you complete the form below, you’re not committing to anything.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. We review your submission internally

  2. We follow up if we believe there’s a strong potential fit

  3. If appropriate, we’ll suggest a next step—often a short exploratory conversation

Our goal is always to recommend the right support, even if that means pointing you in a different direction.
