Courtney Oliphant, GPC brings over 12 years of experience in nonprofit grant consulting and management. Driven by a passion for supporting under-resourced communities and fostering impactful change, she is dedicated to helping organizations unlock their fundraising potential.
Where she comes from: With a background in nonprofit bookkeeping and a strong foundation in arts and culture, Courtney has successfully raised over $5.5 million for mission-driven organizations, prioritizing strategic institutional funding solutions.
What she loves about her role: Courtney finds immense joy in getting to know organizations, collaborating with nonprofit leaders, and building relationships across the sector. She takes pride in providing tailored solutions that alleviate the stress of fundraising through grants..
Outside of Coastal Nonprofit: Courtney is an active member of the Global Grant Writers Collective and has served on several boards, contributing to various projects that promote arts, culture, and social justice.
She is the treasurer of the Grant Professionals Association San Diego County Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors of The Prep Institute.

When not working, you can find me taking our three dogs to the dog beach, enjoying the beauty of San Diego with our two young children, producing social justice-themed short films, or writing young adult fantasy in my free time.”
